应该是from where。前者不行，没有说 from behind the door的，一定是from + （a place）

哪儿有连着两个介词的啊,除非是有些固定搭配

老实说我会填so that
我觉得您说的两个都不行。
前一个明显不通。对于后一个，介词后面一定要跟名词或代词，才符合逻辑。where是副词。
